I made it!! I am now considered full term and baby M will be here in less than a month!!
We are both still healthy and doing great and if all goes according to plans we will have a baby by June 29 at the latest! I asked my doctor about induction and she said I wouldn't be allowed to go more than 7-10 days past my due date. I'm telling you all now, that you do not want me to go past my due date! I will be a miserable witch at that point!
No sure signs of labor yet but I definitely have more BH contractions! Baby is still head down and most likely won't move.
My dr said I can try whatever at home induction strategies I wanted but didn't have any that we're guaranteed to work. BOO! So looks like I'll be eating spicy food and pineapple, walking a lot, acupressure, and all the other ways I can think of to bring on labor ;)
The other day I dreamt that I had baby M and it was a boy!! Ahhhhh!! I will be happy with whatever I have, but this boy would he wearing a lot of pink and leopard print! In fact, in the dream he was wearing a two piece bathing suit lmao!

36 weeks/9 months/4 weeks to go
Does my title have a hint of excitement to it??
I cannot wait to have this baby and meet my precious little princess!! Baby M when are you coming?
I am soooo glad to say I have made it to the 9th and final month!
Baby is very low and I have been having Braxton hicks but they are sporadic. I can only hope and pray for a 37 week baby!!
My back is killing me and I'm uncomfortable as hell! The worst is the horrible pelvic pain! Ouch!!!! It is worse at night, even though I sleep with a pillow between my knees, and when I stand up from sitting, or walk.
I don't have any weird cravings and my weight gain is still normal at around 25 lbs. although its more than I would like, it's right in the middle of the 20-30 lb range my doc said was healthy.
I have an appointment tonight to meet with the last pediatrician. The first was nice but I wanted to keep my options open. We will know tonight who our baby will be seeing for medical care.

one more month!
Its May 19 and that means I've got about a month to go! So many milestones are happening so quickly! I m so happy this time is FINALLY here! Pregnancy seems so long when you are the one having the baby!
My hospital bag is pretty much packed, I've just got to add the few things I will need between now and then when the time comes. The baby's bag is packed too (lol, how does she already have luggage?). I put two outfits and some essentials in her diaper bag, she will be rooming with me while we are in the hospital so I thought it would be good to have the essentials. I can always pass her off to the nursery if I want some alone time, but I am also planning on breastfeeding so she wont spend too much time in there. Her car seat was installed last week, so that is also ready.
I just spend some time adding some finishing touches on her room. It's almost done! I need to clear a few things out, vacuum, and put some toys away. My feet hurt, ha!, so I will get to the rest soon.
The upcoming milestones: 36 weeks, being in the 9th and FINAL month of pregnancy, the chorus concert, and school is winding down! PHEW!
As my due date gets closer, I notice more and more of my anxieties pop up: breastfeeding, when and where labor will start, and the possibility of being overdue :/ EW. For some reason, I am not nervous about labor and delivery. I know I will be able to have an epidural and receive pain meds as soon as I want them and it is confirmed that I am actually in labor.
I know everything will work out in the end and I will have the same result: cute little baby girl!!!!

T minus 5 weeks or less
I'm 35 weeks prego and that means I've got around 2-5 weeks left!! Woohoooo!!!!
I am getting more and more excited everyday to meet little baby M! I've been working on her room little by little since the baby shower and am almost done! Dan put together the dresser/changing table between Sunday and yesterday so now I need to finish organizing her stuff!
We were so blessed to have received lots of new and used clothing from our family and friends! She has just about everything she needs for the next 6 months!
I still need to get some things put away and buy a few finishing touches!
My projects for today are to get her dresser set and pack my hospital bag! Yikes! I already packed her diaper bag and put her carseat with base in my car so I just need to worry about my stuff now.
I have my weekly appointment Thursday and hopefully all is still well with both of us!
I can definitely say that your pregnancy symptoms increase steadily as you near the end! I'm often exhausted and have encountered some occasional swelling in my hands over the past few days. I had to swap out my wedding rings for my clatter ring :( . My feet also swell a tad by the end of the day! I do need to be VERY thankful that I will not be pregnant through the heat of the summer! I found the past few warm days to be a little too much at times and have trouble sleeping if it's too warm!!
Well that butch session is over! Ha! Overall I have been very lucky to have had an easy pregnancy thus far and am looking forward to meeting my little princess in the next few weeks!
I will leave you with some nursery pics...

34 week update
6 more weeks (or less) to go!! PHEW! I cannot wait to meet this little princess!!!
I applaude all pregnant women and mommies who work up to their due date, it is definitely getting more difficult by the day!
Last week's OB appointment confirmed that Baby M is in the head- down position and that she is about 1.5 weeks ahead of schedule. They didn't change my due date, but Im going to ask about it at my next appointment. So basically I am 34w3d and she is measuring at 35w6d. I can only hope that this will mean I can have her here a little early and be pregnant for another 5w or so! Im getting seriously excited about having her here. Hopefully she can hold off for 2 weeks until the chorus concert is over and her dresser is delivered.
Im still dealing with the massive amounts of gifts we received at our shower!! I've got some clothing washed and hung and some stuff put away but until her dresser arrives, much of it will remain undone.

Baby Shower!!!!
Saturday was my long anticipated baby shower!!!!! My mother in law was generous enough to host a baby shower for us and invited all our friends and family! It was so much fun! I got to see lots of family who I haven't seen in a while, and we got to hang out with some friends as well!
My wonderful bridesmaid Tracy and maid of honor Kathy helped me a lot during the shower! We unwrapped TONS of gifts, and of course if Tracy is good for anything its organization, so she wrote down what everyone got us. LOL!
We were overwhelmed with gifts!! No really, we got tons of stuff!!!! Clothes, blankies, diapers, clothes, bathing supplies, lotion, baby butt creme, beach gear, clothes, toys, books, a bumbo, clothes, and clothes. Did I mention we got some clothes? This baby is going to be the best dressed infant in Belmont! We were even lucky enough to be gifted some handmade sweaters, knit hats, and a baby bag!
Roberta did a great job hosting the shower, everything was perfect from the punch to the food, to the decorations! It was a very nice event and now I need to set everything up! Baby M's room is a disaster!

33 week update
Tuesday I turned 33 weeks pregnant! Just 7 more to go (or 6w 4 days from today, but who is counting?!)
Baby M has been kicking all the time and is super active! She is already a little ballerina!
I had a Dr.'s appointment today and it went well! Baby M is measuring a week and a half ahead! (Does this mean she will come early?) My headache is finally gone (story for another time) and I have no signs of preterm labor. My dr also said that once I hit 36 weeks they consider that full term and that baby M would be fine if she was born and they don't try to stop labor. That might be a little too ahead of schedule but I will not complain if she arrives around 37 weeks and I get a little more summer break!
This Saturday is my much anticipated baby shower! It will be really fun to see everyone and celebrate the anticipated arrival of our little princess!

Daycation to Newport, RI
This past weekend Dan and I took a little day trip to Newport, RI!!!
We left slightly early from home and got there around 11 or so. We started off by visiting the harbor where we saw some insane yachts and boats. Later, instead of visiting the mansions, we decided to go take a walk around the beach. It was a gorgeous day, even though it was a bit chilly. The water was decently warm and there was no one on the beach so it was nice! We took a pretty long walk along the coast and climbed some rocks/a jetty.
Later we drove around and found some cool lighthouses, one is pictured above. The we decided to have a late lunch at this restaurant called "Trio" and it had amazing food! We had a great time exploring Newport and cannot wait to have another daycation soon! It is very possible that this is the last time we will do something like this just the two of us! AHHHH!!!!
